Download and activation Information

Product download and product activation are available as soon as you have completed the purchase transaction. If you experience any difficulty in making the purchase, receiving the download, or installing the product, please read the Download and Installation Help page carefully. If you do not find the answer to your problem there, email support@passprepamerica.com or call (866) 596-0448 during regular business hours (10 a.m.- 6 p.m. eastern time, M- F). Please have your Activation Code handy, if available. This code can be found in your purchase confirmation email message if you completed the purchase.
